This
electronic illustration and report design was done for the Army
Corps of Engineers primarily in CorelDraw, by Chris Jeffries. It
is an annual report, submitted by the Corps, discussing their efforts
in the analysis and planning of installation water resources.

Electronic and traditionally rendered images. Traditional techniques
include painting with designer's gouache, pen and ink, pencil drawing
, colored pencil, and pen and ink. We work with our clients to develop
their own unique product style appropriate to the subject and audience.
